Having entered my 50s now, feeling a general sense of “sluggishness”, and unfortunately being someone who’s had more than frequent issues with constipation and bloating, I thought it finally time to make some changes.

Having recently read some information about the benefits of internal cleansing and detoxification, what I learned made sense… every day we eat foods loaded with chemicals, hormones, and toxins, not to mention the environmental pollutants that we’re exposed to – certainly these things can all cumulatively take their toll, along with undigested matter that’s built up and accumulated over the years.

The Results

Having never done a cleanse before, I was a little nervous. However, reading through the materials that accompanied my Dual Action Cleanse order, I felt much more at ease. Not only was I informed what to expect, but was also given some healthy tips to help improve the success of my cleansing/detoxification program. For simplicity, I’ll divide my results of this 30-day program into four week increments:

Days 1 – 7: Almost immediately I noticed not so much an increase in the number of bowel movements, but an easing of the difficulties I’d had over the years with constipation seemed significantly improved. Additionally, I did feel less bloated. Things were far from perfect, though, as I did feel a slight headache for a couple days during this first work, but nothing seriously out of the norm. I will also say my experience this first week helped place my mind at ease, as I’d initially felt a “cleanse” would function similar to a laxative (with my needing to stay near the restroom), but this wasn’t the case.

Days 8 – 14: I would have to say I found the most significant improvement (in terms of digestion and elimination) during this week. My bowel movements not only increased in number, but began to normalize to about two to three a day, and it appeared as if they were larger than normal – even though I had not changed my diet. Additionally, the headaches were gone and I even felt a “flattening” of sorts of my abdomen, most notably while sitting down.

Days 15 – 21: As with the second week, digestion and elimination remained much improved and began to normalize to around three per day. Also, I just felt lighter, with a bit more energy.

Days 22 – 30: During the last week, I can report that in addition to having very normalized, easy eliminations, I also noticed a shorter time between food consumption and elimination, which has never been the case with me, so I am quite pleased. Lastly, I do feel a sense of energy and vitality that I haven’t felt in quite some time – so clearly whatever had been accumulated in my system for so long was contributing to that “sluggish” feeling I felt prior to beginning the Dual Action Cleanse program.

I should also note, that after completing the program, my eliminative results and energy levels have maintained.
