I purchased Almighty Cleanse with the hopes of joining the many satisfied colon cleansing folks out there. My friends are health nuts and always suggest new products on the market. I had no experience with colon cleansing and to be honest, I was a little hesitant.
I had some bowel trouble in the past and was feeling pretty sluggish lately, so taking my friends opinion; I visited numerous online vitamin stores and decided to give it a try.
You can never be too healthy, right? Throughout my late night browsing, I didn’t realize how many products were available for this. I guess I missed the clean colon train!
I’ll admit product advertising got to me. I chose Almighty Cleanse based on the look of the bottle. The breezy and “godly”, light blue label caught my eye and radiated quality. I wish I would’ve done a little more homework.
I read the directions carefully and began my cleansing process. The first two days I was expecting a lot to be “happening”, rather nothing had changed. So I followed the directions and increased the number of pills I took each day.
Boy did things start moving, but at too rapid of a pace! All of my worries about cramping, headaches and dehydration were starting to come true. I was feeling more tired than before because I was running to the bathroom all the time. It was uncomfortable.
I knew my “Almighty Cleanse” would only last a few more days, so my will power kicked in and I kept using.
The rest of my week was not fun. Frequent bathroom trips, followed by headaches and not to mention my surly mood forced me to call my friends and yell at them for making me torture myself.
Day seven had finally arrived and I was glad to see the final pills get flushed down the toilet along with my opinion of Almighty Cleanse.
I like the idea of colon cleansing but I think I chose the wrong product.
